About me

I am a professionally trained accompanist, graduating from the Royal Northern College of Music, Manchester, England.

After graduating, I lived for a short time in Manchester, working for various individuals and institutions, including Northern Ballet company.

After the UK, I moved to Iceland where apart from regular piano and 'cello teaching, performed regularly for radio and television as well as working with Iceland opera, Suzuki organization of Iceland, Reykjavik school of singing and was director of music at the Catholic cathedral.

From 1996 until 2015, I was based in Hong Kong, working both as free lance accompanist and teacher, having performed in most concert venues with local and visiting artists.

In 2015, I relocated to the UK. Apart from accompaniment work and piano teaching, I also teach theory of music from beginners to more advanced levels.
